We Create the Climate! CITIZENS Participation and Climate Change in Alpine Cities
The future of climate change will be decided in the cities. Some two thirds of the human population of the Alps live in municipal areas. That is where most of the climate-damaging green house gases are produced and that is where most power is consumed – and that is where measures to limit global warming and its consequences can be most directly implemented.
