International Congress "Urban Energies"

2012 commemorates the fifth year anniversary of the adoption of the Leipzig Charter on Sustainable European Cities. This offers occasion and motivation to expand on its topics and goals. Current urban development policies and topics will be discussed by national and international representatives from politics, planning, science, economy and civil society at this compact, two-day programme.
